COVID-19 update: Business Reopening


Following the provincial health order allowing hair salons to begin operations we will reopen our salon on Wed, May 20, 2020.


We remain committed to ensure the safety and health of our customers and staff carrying out the following standards and protocols in accordance with WorkSafeBC guidelines:   


  • Max. 2 stylists and 2 customers at a time.


  • No beverages offered.


  • No magazines available


  • Talking to be kept to a minimum


  • Installation of an isopropyl alcohol sanitization station for customers.


  • Use of indoor ventilation.


  • Disinfection/cleaning of all common equipment and tools after servicing each customer.


  • Staff will be required to confirm their physical conditions every day to ensure no symptoms of COVID-19 exist.  


  • Staff must wash their hands before servicing each customer and wear a mask.

Please comply with the following protocols before visiting our salon:  


  • Do NOT visit us if:

    • you have had symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 10 days; symptoms include fever, chills, new or worsening cough, shortness of breath, sore throat and new muscle aches or headache;

    • you have been requested to self-isolate under the direction of the provincial health officer; or

    • you have arrived from outside of Canada, or if you are a contact of a confirmed case to self-isolate for 14 days and monitor for symptom. 


  • You are encouraged bring and wear mask.


  • You will be asked about your physical conditions before coming into the salon. 


  • You will be asked to sanitize your hands when entering our salon 

     (please advise us if you have alcohol allergies). 


  • You will be required to attend the salon alone.

     (please do not bring family and friends). 


  • You will be required to wait outside until your appointment time. 


  • You will be required to show up on time for your appointment as we need to take extra steps (e.g. sanitization of the equipment/tools) to accommodate all of our customers’ appointments.  



If you are late by 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.
